- How long does it takes to the final product to be installed?
- The process normally takes three to four months after approval of design layout (drawings).

- We ship all over the world.
- What information do I need to provide in order to receive a quotation?
- In order to receive a quotation, please provide us with the following information: a sketch or floor plan of the space with measurements, a finish floor to finish floor height (measurement from one floor to another), which type of stair you are interested in (story or spiral) and photos of the existing stair or space. Our sales team can provide you with a ball park estimate over the phone by just providing the finish floor to finish floor height and stair type. - How long does it take for the final product to be installed?
- The process normally takes three to four months after approval of design layout (drawings). This time period depends on the complexity of your stair or railing project.
- What are your warranties and Terms & Conditions?
- Our product is warranted for a period of one year from our installation date. In order to begin the design process, we require a 50% down payment. Once your order is ready to ship, 40% of your payment is due. The final 10% is due the day of installation before our team begins to put in your stair and/ or railings.
- Do you ship outside of the continental United States?
- We work with architects and designers all around the world and can ship your custom order straight to your jobsite.
