Europa Stairways Materials
Europa stairways offers a variety of materials for our custom stairs and handrails such as wood, stainless steel, acrylic and glass in a range of styles and color in order to fulfill our client's design needs. These materials can be arrange in many combinations in order for the installation to act or behave accordingly each custom staircase project. Our materials can make the stairs either hide, contrast, or epitomize the space by its appealing look.
The types of wood we offer include maple, beech, walnut, red oak, European oak, pine, mahogany, red cherry, European cherry, alder, brushed oak, muted beech and ash. If you wish to stain your wood to a specific shade or color, we can match our beech wood to your sample Most colors or samples can be matched but please note that if your wood sample is lighter than natural beech wood, such as maple, we must use the same wood species to ensure an exact match.
Our structural elements can be constructed in stainless steel, aluminum or steel powder coated. Our powder coating color options are based on an international color coding system with the abbreviation RAL. Some of the options we offer include white, black, silver, off white, cream, light metallic, or black metallic. Our stainless steel material can be ordered with a brushed finish and high polished finish. We offer interior grade 304 as well as exterior grade 316 stainless steel.
Treads and straight handrails can be ordered in clear or frosted acrylic. Our colors include blue, green, orange, clear or frosted. These treads can be ordered to include non slip grooves or stainless steel strip inlays for your ultimate custom stair.
